Christoph Waltz should OWN this category. No one came closer to delivering a perfect role last year. His depiction of the Jew-hunting Nazi in Inglourious Basterds was amazing, frightening, and beautiful.

His speech about Tarantino was a bit confusing (a ship meandering or something), but he's probably a bit nervous. This is his first big award show... Good for him!
