Why is Miley Cyrus presenting an Academy Award? Seriously? She sings and it is a music category, I get that. But since when does anyone associate her with Oscar?
Anywho, "The Weary Kind" should win for Crazy Heart. There are a few songs from Disney's Princess and the Frog. Normally a Disney song would win, but multiple nominees in one category will have too many split votes. Or that is how things should play out...

Oh great, they look a little over-served. Or maybe the HD presentation is making their nerves look like booze...
